As Trust & Estate planners, we help our clients address their most personal issues and achieve their often unique priorities and objectives, with both the more common and complex situations they face. We specialize in helping clients address multi-generational and multi-jurisdictional issues. When our clients have suffered the loss of a loved one, we provide a very hands on full service approach to Trust & Estate administration, and where necessary Florida probate administration. Our goal is always to provide high quality service at an affordable and fair price.

On the business side we help our clients structure their business relationships and also help them plan and make good decisions, whether strategic short or long term business planning solutions, tax solutions, or solutions related to business succession planning goals and concerns. Business succession planning is extremely important both to the business owners and to their families, but its strategic importance can often be overlooked or trumped by other business priorities of the owners, usually tied to the growth or operation of the business. We help our clients to act and provide great care to our role, how the representation is tailored and the emotional realities of the situation. We also represent a limited number of businesses as local or general counsel, including established private companies and start-ups doing business in the United States and Florida and in need of local counsel to help them with their business needs and goals.

Our Family Office practice has developed from a growing number of single family office clients whom have sought out our advice on a full range of issues from how to best structure and form a family office, build one out, as well as seek our advice on the multiple issues and challenges they face where we have experience guiding others with similar needs, both domestically and internationally.
